 After
researching and surfing every keyword I could find about
Log Cabins and the history and heritage of them I decided
to take a more active role in building my dream. My partner
and I choose to purchase and to work with The Original
Log Cabin Home for our first projects. With all the time
and money we had spent finding our land and our dream
home, we discovered that was just the beginning of a great
adventure and we wanted to be an active part of that adventure
while making a difference in our community.
We
decided we wanted to represent the company as Direct Dealers
allowing us to represent a company that has been around
since 1987, has a wide variety of wood species, models,
designs, options and offers a 36 month lay a way program
that allowed us to lock in our price, sell our home and
decide which lot to build on. It takes time to buy the
land and pick the model that works best on your lot. The
only limitation is your imagination.
We
formed our network of Stratigic Alliances using our plans
to get the various estimates we needed. This takes more
time than you might thinks so take that into consideration
when you start your planning. Living in Bear Lake Valley
is like watching the old west merge with the new baby
boomers generation wanting to come back to their roots.
